Description
October 8-14, 2017 is National Fire Prevention Week. As part of this event, your Cary Fire Protection District will hold their annual Open House on Tuesday, October 10, from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., at Station 1 on Cary Algonquin Road.
In a fire, seconds count. Seconds can mean the difference between residents of our community escaping safely from a fire or having their lives end in tragedy.
That’s why this year’s Fire Prevention Week theme: “Every Second Counts: Plan 2 Ways Out!” is so important. It reinforces why everyone needs to have an escape plan. Take a look at our Fire Safety Tips, and come visit us at the Open House!
