Honoring the greatest women singers of a generation! Return to time of bobby socks, beehives and bell-bottoms with this show honoring iconic singers that shaped a generation. In this amusing and entertaining evening, Megon McDonough performs hits from singers including Doris Day, Brenda Lee, Connie Francis, Debbie Reynolds. Lulu, Petula Clark, Leslie Gore, Dusty Springfield, The Shirelles, Joni Mitchell, Judy Collins and Janis Joplin. With “Dedicated to the Ones I Love: Great Women Singers of the ‘50s, ‘60s and ‘70s,” Megon McDonough doesn’t just sing their classic songs – she becomes these artists, making audiences feel as if they are seeing each of them perform live! Megon McDonough has been performing around the country for more than four decades and has performed on stages as varied as Carnegie Hall, The Birchmere, The Wolf Trap and more. Best known as an inaugural member of the group The Four Bitchin’ Babes, Megon McDonough has 15 solo albums to her credit and delights audiences with her mixture of heartfelt and humorous songs.
