Description
The Focus FIRE program empowers Women by teaching them how to "Fight Like A Girl" and win!
This class will cover:
- The importance of trusting your intuition
- The importance of creating distance in conflict
- Your weapons and the targets of self-defense
- How to stay standing if attacked
- How to fight back from the ground and escape
- And, much more empowerment training!
Fee: $50 per person (ages 13+ unless accompanied by a female parent/guardian)
What to bring: Wear athletic attire. Shirts with sleeves recommended along with a mouth piece, if available. Water.
