Kelsey Podgorski knows this well. As Program and Outreach Director at Volunteer Center of McHenry County, Kelsey develops educational programming for non-profits, fosters collaborations throughout our area, promotes volunteerism, and directs non-profit leaders on the tools to make applying for grants easier.
